Bowhunting: Spot-And-Stalk Nebraska Mule Deer [The Chronicles]

by Brian Stephens

MORE FROM Brian

Travel with me as I venture into the Sandhills of Nebraska to spot and stalk mule deer bucks with my Elite Option 6 bow. This wide-open country can be tough to get on a mature mule deer with archery tackle, especially when the wind doesn’t work with you. During this hunt, after plenty of failures that kept me out of bow range, I was finally able to slip within 30 yards of a mature 4×5 muley.
