Turkey season is here and ALPS OutdoorZ has got its eyes squarely on the prize. A big gobbler or two, for sure, but also something much more important—our hunting future. ALPS knows that the total number of hunters in the U.S. is declining every year—and the company is doing its part to help turn that around.
How? Mentorship. This hunting season, ALPS is encouraging veteran outdoorsmen to take less-experienced hunters into the field and teach them what it means to be a hunter. What is ethical hunting? How can you be a safe and strategic hunter? How does hunting contribute to species conservation and habitat preservation? What is the value of hunting culture?
Gear Discounts & Giveaways. From now until May 15th, 2019, ALPS is giving a discount to all mentors and mentees who sign up for the company’s Mentor Pledge. Each participant will get a 30-percent discount on all ALPS OutdoorZ hunting gear and will be entered into the company’s Grand Prize Giveaway. All you have to do to enter is capture your time in the field with your mentee.
