SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 15, 2016, and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on December 1, 2016 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Please be sure to account for any time difference from your local time zone. The Sponsor’s time-keeping device is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person during entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry or device used to enter (computer, wireless device, etc.)

ELIGIBILITY: ScoutLook’s Rockin’ Rooster Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (except where prohibited by law) who (A) are 21 and older at the time of entry, (B) have a valid, non-expired government-issued driver’s license or other acceptable proof of identification, (C) are registered ScoutLook users. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in disqualification. This offer is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. DRAWING, ODDS AND NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner following the end of the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning the grand prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential prize winner will be contacted by email, in the Sponsor’s discretion, at the contact information provided in the registration form and consent to be contacted by email by or on behalf of Sponsor for purposes of this Sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days after the first attempt to contact him/her, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining eligible entries. The winner is subject to eligibility verification in Sponsor’s discretion as a condition to claiming their prize and all prize transfers are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Failure to meet eligibility verification or qualify for prize transfer under applicable laws may result in forfeiture of prize. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize package is $5,500. (Winner and companion are responsible for airfare and guide/outfitter tips.)
The Stevens 555 over/under shotgun prize will be shipped to, and must be claimed by winner from, a retailer of the winner’s choice holding a current Federal Firearms License located in the United States (excluding New York, Florida, U.S. Territories and Puerto Rico). The prize winner is responsible for providing Sponsor with a copy of the selected retailer’s Federal Firearm License. In order to take possession of the prize, winner must visit such retailer and: (a) have and present a valid government-issued driver’s license; (b) complete an ATF Form #4473 and/or any other forms required under applicable state or federal law; (c) pass a NICS background check; and (d) comply with any other requirements of such firearms retailer or applicable federal, state or local laws or ordinances. Any and all prize transfers must be completed in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations and will be subject to the requirements, policies and procedures of the chosen Federal Firearms License holder for delivery. If a winner is unable to complete the prize transfer due to a failure of any required background check or other failure to meet the requirements of the Federal Firearms License holder or applicable laws, the prize will be forfeited and returned to Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole expense, and winner in question will be disqualified. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible and winner is solely responsible for the costs incurred to travel to pick up the prize, and/or any other costs and fees associated with the transfer of the prize, including any amounts charged by the Federal Firearms License holder to complete the transfer. Winner is solely responsible for knowing and obeying all firearm possession laws applicable to winner and selecting and using appropriate ammunition with a firearm prize.
Any difference between the actual value of any prize and the approximate value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: The potential prize winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification) (collectively, “Winner Documents”) to be returned within 14 days of receipt, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The Prize winner will be required to provide a copy of a valid, non-expired government-issued driver’s license or other acceptable identification card with return of the completed Winner Documents, all of which are subject to verification by Sponsor. If any information provided in the Winner Documents is inaccurate, the potential winner may be disqualified (in Sponsor’s sole discretion). If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, if potential Prize winner fails to return Winner Documents or other verification information requested by Sponsor within the specified time period or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected for the prize at issue from among remaining eligible entries. All federal, state, local and firearm transfer taxes or fees, if applicable, and any other costs or expenses incurred in connection with claiming or using the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
USE OF DATA: All personal information submitted by entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at ScoutLookWeather.com, and will also be provided to South Dakota Tourism and Worldwide Trophy Adventures. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal contact information, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s and its affiliates’ collection and usage of their personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and acknowledge that they have read and agree to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants expressly consent to be contacted by or on behalf of Sponsor by email for purposes of this Sweepstakes and to receive information sent by or on behalf of Sponsor and South Dakota Tourism that may be of interest to them, provided entrants may unsubscribe from commercial emails unrelated to this Sweepstakes.
