Turkey hunters often don’t consider the option of pursuing fall seasons. Believe it or not, autumn gobblers can still be extremely aggressive, no different than spring gobblers. During fall turkey hunts, you’ll typically find gobblers running in bachelor groups, so your odds of getting multiple birds in range is higher than you’ll find in most springtime hunts.
Hunting fall turkeys with a crossbow adds some extra challenge, but don’t hesitate to grab your shotgun and tag your first fall gobbler!
